ANY ALTERATION OF THE GLASSWARE BY ETCHING OR OTHERWISE WILL VOID ANY ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY. In its place, The Ivy Twines, LLC ("the Company") offers the following limited warranty:

The Company warrants to the original consumer purchaser of any of the Company's glass etching service that such etching service will be free of manufacturing defects in workmanship for normal residential usage for three (3) years from the date of sale.

If a defect is found in normal residential use, the Company will, at its election, replace the etched glassware free of charge, or make appropriate adjustment. We offer NO WARRANTY in cases of damage in transit, inadequate care or neglect, abuse, abnormal use, misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or other causes not arising out of defects in materials and workmanship. THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON ITS SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE ORIGINAL GLASSWARE AND THE ADDITIONAL COST FOR ETCHING SERVICES FROM THE COMPANY.

Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state/province to state/province. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) of the glassware must be provided to the Company with all warranty claims.
