What are the cooking products made of?

All of our cooking products are made of high quality cooking grade glass.

Are the dishes dishwasher safe?

Yes, all dishes and pans are dishwasher and microwave safe. It will not peal or fade. The personalized dishes will not damage in water or heat. Use the same care instructions that come with a regular glass bake ware.

What is the cost for shipping (U.S. Shipments only - international shipping charges will be more)?

All orders will be charged a $7.00 handling fee.

For each item there is a $5.00 shipping charge.

For example: If a single order is composed of 3 items (not Lost & Found bags), the charge will be:

$7.00 - handling fee
$5.00 - item 1 shipping charge
$3.00 - item 2 shipping charge
$3.00 - item 3 shipping charge

$18.00 - Total shipping & handling

Lost & Found bags have NO Shipping charge for the first bag. Additional bags will be charged $0.50 shipping each.

How long before I should expect delivery?

All orders are shipped via FedEx. We expect to ship all orders in 2-3 weeks. We are happy to work with you if you need your order processed sooner; although the shipping may cost a little more depending on the weight and destination.
